PUSH Strength Training


Ever notice how most forms of strength training have the long-term effect of tightening muscles and joints?  PUSH Strength TrainingSM(PST) will teach you how to build strength and endurance while simultaneously releasing tension.  Once you have learned to release the tension patterns through Tension Release TrainingSM, the muscles need to strengthen in order to increase stamina and prevent the fatigue and tension from returning.  The focus of PST is to increase strength and endurance while maintaining and even increasing mobility.  

Every muscle group that supports an action(movement) or non-action(sitting, standing, etc) can be strengthened using the PST concepts.  The emphasis is always on building strength from the core muscles, out to the extremities.  Both are applied using the body in a unique way, so as to not create tension in the muscles or joints.
