Class Schedule - PUSH Trainings Modules
The modules follow this approximate time schedule unless otherwise noted:
Day 1 -- 10 am - 6 pm | Day 2 -- 8:30 am - 6:00 pm | Day 3 -- 8:30 am - 6:00 pm
Module 1 : The Upper Body
Module 2 : The Lower Body
Module 3 : The Core of the Body
Module 4 : Extremities and PUSH Protocols
Module 5 : PUSH Applications and Certification
What to Expect
Materials: All participants will be provided with bodywork tools and written materials appropriate to the topics covered.
Attire: These are hands-on workshops. Please wear clothing that allows for comfortable movement. Loose pants and t-shirts or exercise tops are suggested. No jeans, pants with seams, or skirts (unless shorts are worn underneath) will be allowed.
